Our Services
We act as a filing and facilitation desk for documentation, banking, tax, and financial services across 21 departments. We help prepare and submit your application to the relevant department, bank, or authority.
No Guarantee of Approval
Final approval for services such as loans, credit cards, insurance, GST registration, or government IDs rests entirely with the bank, insurer, or government authority concerned. We facilitate and follow up on your application; we do not control or guarantee its outcome.
Fees & Payment
Any service fee is communicated to you before work begins, separately from statutory or third-party charges (such as government fees or bank processing charges), which are set by the relevant authority and not by us.
Your Responsibilities
- Provide accurate, complete details on the application form
- Provide genuine supporting documents when requested
- Respond to follow-up queries in reasonable time, since delays on your end can delay the service
Limitation of Liability
We are not liable for losses arising from delays, rejections, or decisions made by third-party banks, insurers, or government departments, or from inaccurate information supplied in an application.
Communication Consent
By applying, you consent to being contacted by phone, WhatsApp, or email regarding your application's status and any documents we may need from you.
Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute is subject to the jurisdiction of the courts where VRUUSHAL & ASSOCIATE'S is registered to operate.
